Return Policy

At Beautify Group, your satisfaction is our primary concern. We strive to provide the highest quality skincare and haircare products. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, we have established the following return and exchange policy for our products:

Unopened and Unused Products

If a product is still sealed, unopened, and unused, you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@beautifygroup.com or call us at 905-788-8008 within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.

In some cases, we may not have an immediate replacement available, but we will honor the date we receive the item to be replaced.

Opened or Used Products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and health considerations of all our customers.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that some individuals may experience allergic reactions to certain products. If this occurs, please discontinue use immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange in such cases.

Shipping Costs

The following only pertains to items purchased for home delivery:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

Product Precautions

We recommend that you carefully read our product descriptions and check the ingredients before making a purchase to ensure that the product is suitable for your skin or hair type.

Return Options

You have two options for returning items:

  1. Sending Items Back Online via HISTOLAB: If you wish to return items online, you can ship them directly to HISTOLAB. Please refer to HISTOLAB's Shipping & Return Policy for detailed instructions.
  2. In-Person Return at Spa Location: If you prefer, you can return items in person at our spa location. If possible, please contact us to let us know you are returning an item before you come in.
