Course Withdrawal & Refund Policy

At Beautify, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetics courses and ensuring a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for our valued students. Please take a moment to review our policy outlined below.

Course Cancellation by Beautify

In the unlikely event that Beautify needs to cancel a course, registered students will receive a full refund of their course fees. We will make every effort to provide notice of the cancellation as far in advance as possible.

Student-Initiated Course Cancellation

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw from a course you've registered for. To facilitate a clear process for both our students and instructors, we have established the following guidelines for student-initiated course cancellations:

Cancellation with at Least 14 Days notice: If you decide to withdraw from a course and provide us with at least 14 days' notice before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of your course fees.

Cancellation with Less than 14 Days' Notice: If you cancel your registration with less than 14 days' notice before the course start date, you will not be eligible for a refund, and you will forfeit your course fees.

Course Transfers

In the event that you are unable to attend a course, we also offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future course date, subject to availability and approval by Beautify. There may be a transfer fee associated with this option.

Beautify reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at its discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to registered students in a timely manner.

How to Request a Course Cancellation and Refund

To initiate a course cancellation and refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Send a written request to Beautify via email at info@beautifygroup.com or through our official contact form on our website.

2. Include the following information in your request:

a) Your full name and contact information
b) Course name and start date
c) Reason for cancellation
d) Date of your cancellation request

3. Our team will acknowledge your request and process it in a timely manner.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of your cancellation request approval. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
