When can I pick up my item?
If you purchased items for pickup at our Vaughan location, we will contact you when your items are available for pickup in-store. Usually, in-stock items will be available for pickup within 24 hours.
If items are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when they will be available for pickup.
Please ensure your contact info is correct when checking out.

My item is damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that this happened! Please contact the Beautify team right away via phone at 905-788-8008 or with a detailed query at info@beautifygroup.com.
Be sure to include images and proof of purchase so we can send out for a replacement or refund.
